As a World Languages Team Lead and Spanish Teacher at Northside Middle School, I manage department budgets, design and implement data-driven instructional units, and lead and support my colleagues. I have over five years of experience in education and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction.My mission is to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students and teachers, using peer-reviewed instructional models and theories. I also have a background in social work, where I worked as a Program Manager of a Residential Drug Treatment Center for youth.
