My strongest attributes are my creative problem-solving, social wherewithal, and ability take direction and lead by example. My experience as Sailing Program Manager allowed me to strengthen my leadership skills and become a better employee and teammate. My promotion from sailing coach to program manager has lended myself a unique perspective and ability to fulfill different roles on a team. This has also demonstrated my ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. Ultimately my leadership and teamwork skills, paired with my unique outlook and problem solving abilities is what sets me apart from other engineering students.Outside of work and school, I'm an avid fly angler, sailor, and skier. Strategy and problem-solving lie at the heart of each of these activities. They allow me to continually test my mind outside of work/school in a variety of unique environments.
