As a dedicated gymnastics coach at Flames Gymnastics Academy in Peoria, Arizona, I strive to help young gymnasts find their potential with my experience and passion. My journey in gymnastics began as a competitive gymnast at Paulding Gymnastics, in Georgia, then on to Miller's Gymnastics in Rhode Island, and finally at 5280 Gymnastics, in Colorado, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the sport's technical and mental aspects. This foundation laid the groundwork for my collegiate career as a gymnast at Grand Canyon University, where I not only competed on the national level but also took on the challenge of founding the GCU Gymnastics team.My experience with Grand Canyon University and the gymnastics team has given me unique insights into both the athletic and organizational sides of gymnastics. At Flames Gymnastics Academy, I leverage this comprehensive understanding to create training programs that not only enhance physical skills but also foster mental resilience, teamwork, and personal growth in my athletes. I am committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where gymnasts can push their limits, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.Complementing my athletic background, I am currently in my final semester pursuing a degree in Applied Entrepreneurship at Grand Canyon University. This academic foundation has equipped me with both business skills and innovative thinking, which I apply to my coaching methodology and in exploring ways to enhance the gymnastics community.
