As an economics graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I have a strong foundation in economic theory, analysis, and research. I have applied my knowledge and skills to various projects and assignments, such as creating a business plan for a hypothetical startup, conducting a survey on consumer behavior, and writing a report on the impact of COVID-19 on Interest rates.In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained valuable work experience in the food service industry, working as a server at Chili's and California Pizza Kitchen. I have developed my communication, customer service, and teamwork skills and my ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to different situations. I have also volunteered at an event called Light up the Night, where I helped raise funds for UMass's swimming and diving program. I am a goal-oriented and disciplined individual, who strives to excel in both my academics and athletics. I was a member of the swim and dive team at UMass, where I learned how to manage my time, balance my responsibilities, and collaborate with my teammates and coaches. I am also passionate about sales and economics and eager to pursue a career in either field. I am actively looking for opportunities to leverage my skills, knowledge, and experience and learn from industry professionals and mentors.
