As a project manager, I use Xactimate to draw up home layouts and calculate estimates for restoration repairs and rebuilds. I meet with clients and use excellent customer service skills to accommodate clients needs and mitigate any concern.

• Evaluate, estimate and construct exterior structures included in land management and design scapes
• Manage materials for each job and the crew that helps install each structure 
• Estimate multiple projects at once by meeting with customers and manually finding costs of materials, labor and any extra expenses

Project management for 4 multi family complexes. I coordinate contractors and vendors as well as keep up with daily maintenance requests and office administrative work.

Assisted with the reconstruction of military vehicles, mostly 900's and Hummer's.
