I work hands-on with our enterprise clients' dev teams and platform teams through embedded engineering and enablement. I love digging in to understand current state and guiding them to improve their ability to build, test, and deploy secure, cloud-native software quickly and reliably. Some of my favorite aspects of my role include: • Streamlining and automating CI/CD processes • Creating reusable CI/CD pipeline components for scalability • Automating deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure as code • Helping dev teams containerize apps and deploy them into cloud-based Kubernetes clusters • Helping teams adopt engineering practices like Trunk-based Development and GitOps • Facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to identify inefficiencies and enhance value delivery • Building and enabling adoption of internal development platforms to improve developer productivity • Encouraging cross-team collaboration through inner-sourcing • Fostering a culture of psychological safety, transparency, and empathy across teams
