For the past 12 years of my life, I have been working with Paradigm Plastics Inc. which is an injection molding plastics company based out of Safety Harbor, FL. Paradigm Plastics is a relatively small manufacturing company who is working to shift the paradigm for what is expected of injection molded manufacturing products. We want to give you the opportunity to turn your dreams into physical products that will wow the world. Our team is constantly working to create the highest quality plastic products while minimizing waist. In manufacturing, there is no room to settle for good enough. Paradigm Plastics has implemented a process improvement initiative throughout our company culture. From my experience at Paradigm Plastics, we are constantly planning out strategies so that we can run our operation as efficient as effectively as possible. I started off as a machine operator where I learned many things. I have experience doing maintenance on machines and molding equipment. As a machine operator, I am constantly inspecting products to make sure that they satisfy the customers standards for what they are expecting out of the product. Now that I am a machine foreman, I am working in all areas of the company. When I say this, I mean that I am a quality control manager, supply chain manager and even project manager. Our company works with highly respected companies such as Polaris Connectors, JL Marine, Ecolab, Restorative Care of America and many more.
