Started as a 12 hour summer temporary colleague before realising my passion for retail, after quickly climbing through the ranks I was appointed duty manager after working in the business for 6 months. In my time I have displays high standards on the shop floor and merchandising, coaching /training colleagues to progress my floor team and progress their own talents, landing seasonal change overs in the store across all departments, schedules and rotas, etc. In addition I have taken part and been signed off for the step up program for potential progression.

Working in schools taking PE lessons or after schools clubs for rugby league.
