In my current job it is my duty to help my teammates build different landscape designs. This work is labor intensive and requires a strong sense of responsibility and problem solving. When out in the field there are always problems that we run into that require us to adjust quickly and come up with a solution so we can get the project done in a timely manner. My current job also requires time management skills which are essential for sticking to a schedule so we do not get behind and lose money. Leadership skills are also important because on the job site it can be difficult to know what you are supposed to be doing all of the time so having that mentality of “being the boss” helps me take the initiative and find something to do instead of standing around.
