I'm studying at Carthage College as a Finance major. I'm always into learning about new things and pushing myself to succeed. I've had a few jobs in the past few years. I started out cashiering which gave me some experience in customer service. I have also learned how to manage and plan out my days during that time while playing baseball, running cross country, being in high school, and having a job. Another job that I worked was a prep cook at a bar near my house. I learned how to communicate with other people on the job when things got busy and also just catering to customers in general. This taught me how to operate quickly under pressure. Lastly, my favorite job, I work as a lifeguard for the City of Waukesha in Wisconsin. I loved this job because of how fun it could be. I enjoyed working every day. But, I would still have to put in good effort to make sure people are staying safe. Overall, I've had a wide range of experiences over the past few years and I am looking to expand upon the experiences in the future.
