About Ethan Moos

I am a recent graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a double major in political science and the history of public policy and law. My area of concentration in political science is comparative politics and my region of focus for my history degree is in North America. I also completed a minor in English. I conducted political science research into American presidential politics and political communication. My historical research focused on two separate projects that explored the early American Civil War and the HIV/AIDS crisis, respectively. Outside of academics, I was deeply involved in student advocacy, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community. I was Chief of Staff for the most successful executive office in the history of Associated Students (AS) and chaired several commissions overseeing advocacy and political action. I recently ventured to Washington, DC where I worked for Crossroads Campaigns Solutions, a progressive political consulting firm. There I was able to enhance the political endeavors of nonprofits and candidates at all level of government.
