During my time as a consultant, I've worked with entrepreneurs at every stage in a range of industries, such as:- An expert instructor who had been leading in her field for thirty years, and needed to make the change from paper files to digital. I helped her get organized and gain a new digital presence so she could focus more on the courses and customers that paid the bills.- A local leader in A/V Technology Rentals and Management who needed a new billing system to better retain his loyal customer base, as well as expand it. I helped him improve and streamline communications so more clients could order more product. (I also got to DJ some awesome events!)- A private investor turned professor who needed to wow his new students. I helped him build a new platform for them to engage and learn outside the classroom.And many more! Each has been an exciting adventure and had results that I'm extremely proud of.

During my time freelancing, I also began working on a startup my co-founders and I called Xernai. Xernai sought to help people create more reliable moods for more consistent performance in work, competitive sports, and artistic pursuits. Xernai went through many iterations and lives on now under the name Creative Life Enhancement as a tight-knit community of artists, still managed by my original co-founders.

During my time at VVM, I lead two programs (Mentorship and Manufacturing Accelerator) and assisted in managing two others (Collegiate and Startup Accelerator). I regularly managed events ranging in size from 50-200 attendees. I worked on program design, data management & analysis, writing and editing content as well as grant proposals, email communications, community management, and hiring.
