Human Resources Specialist
CurrentFirst point of contact for workplace relations matters. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees. End-to-end case management including involvement in complex matters such as grievances and investigations. Development and implementation of HR policies and standard work instructions. Collaborating and upskill leaders to address people matters, providing coaching and guidance matters. Supporting performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans. Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.
