I help maintain inventory upkeep, machines and their operation, as well as open and close the shop which includes taking and delivering orders. From this position I have gained a lot of experience with customer interaction from all age groups, memorizing and keeping track of orders in person and online, proper procedure of business practices, on site crisis control, and money handling. I have also trained employees fully to work as baristas and in customer service who have stayed on the team for multiple years. I am often working completely alone so running the shop by myself has become a strong suit of mine and helped me develop strong skills under pressure.
