-Manage all aspects of operations from facility needs and Hazmat compliance to manufacturing engineering and planning/forecasting-Manage operation team as well as set quarterly goals for the operation group and individuals.-Establish and manage project time lines and goals for customers and internal engineering efforts-Lead role for OSHA and HazMat compliance for the organization-Act as customer's primary contact for manufacturing projects, delivery commitments, & change orders-Establish test methods and verification/validation protocols and reports for unique customer designs-Support the R&D team and took part in development and design from concept through design verification efforts
