- Coordinate and direct operations across a 200+ person ensemble for an annual 10,000-mile, 85-day national performance tour.- Lead a 10-person administrative team to execute daily and long-term objectives. Plan, define, and communicate objectives to maximize efficiency.- Direct convoy operations for a 13-vehicle fleet, planning safe effective routes and ensuring operations comply with DOT regulations.- Maintain and oversee equipment, vehicles, and appliances.- Manage foodservice supply chain and organization for full-suite mobile kitchen, serving over 800 meals per day.- Plan, coordinate, and communicate facilities use and act as on-site liaison for host facilities.
