I recently completed my Master of Science in Marketing at the University of Kentucky with a 4.0 GPA. I am grateful for all that I learned in my MSM program.Now, I am working in Largo, Florida as a Data Analyst for Hit Promotional Products. My day mostly consist of querying data from our company's ERP and creating Power BI dashboards or Excel reports to identify business trends. I have had the tremendous opportunity to experience and learn how the full business operates. I have worked with our marketing team on ways to improve their email campaigns. One thing we did was connect their data and sales data and deploy that in the creation of email lists. which has lead to a dramatic increase in email open rates and click-through rates. I also have worked with our sales team to identify strategies to enhance profitability within our decoration cost practices through analysis of a top customer’s order and art data. I have worked with production teams by deploying OpenAI to parse emails to identify common order hold reasons prompting conversations with customers to help increase order entry speed. These are just a few of the great experiences I have had in my short time with Hit Promotional Products. My next challenge is exploring how the business can improve its Financial Planning and Analysis reporting!
