My 12 years of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician started as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, where I then worked my way up over time to Pharmacy Operations Manager. After I received my BA in Psychology in 2022, I spent two years as a Consumer Medication Coordinator for Genoa Healthcare, a pharmacy specializing in behavioral health. This position allowed me to bridge the gap between the worlds of pharmacy and behavioral health, and I am now the Director of Operations at Balanced Mental Wellness, a holistic, heart-centered clinic that specializes in psychiatric medication management and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
