Freese Johnson is a regional design/build and general contracting company with a focus on commercial building projects in the Healthcare, Corporate Office, Mission Critical, and Student Housing sectors. Our projects range from $1M to over $45 Million for a single project. We are currently building in Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Louisiana.As Director of Client Development, Ethan develops business from inactive clients, as well as uncovers new business opportunities within client base. Ethan also develops and helps maintain client relationships by conducting regular proactive contact campaigns to generate business. Ethan is responsible for keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and following up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and repeat business.As Brand Manager, Ethan is responsible for identifying brand-building areas, managing those areas and ensuring brand consistency at Freese Johnson by coordinating objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments.
