I worked as a project manager and a mentor to an intern. It was my job to create and meet deadlines, communicate with the core stakeholder (the city of Ann Arbor clerk's office), design and conduct surveys and interviews, lead brainstorming sessions, and ultimately create the prototype that would later be passed on to the city as a blueprint for the design of their application.
