With over 10 years of diverse work experience, I am a Human Resources Officer at Guinco Service, a family-owned and operated appliance repair company. I hold a certification as an HR Generalist from AIHR, and I have skills in rate negotiation, attention to detail, and human resources management. I started as an intern at Guinco in 2018, and I have been promoted to my current role in 2022, where I handle the recruitment, retention, and development of the staff. I also oversee the payroll, benefits, and compliance issues for the company. Prior to joining Guinco, I served as a Flight Engineer and Crew Chief on an MH-47G Heavy Assault Chinook Helicopter in the US Army for six years, where I gained valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. I am passionate about communication, marketing, and business administration, and I have pursued my education in these fields at Texas Christian University and Texas State University.
