I was born in China and came to New Zealand for my tertiary education. I completed my diploma study at the University of Lincoln in 2018, and the following year decided to enroll in my Bachelor's study at Weltec, and then graduated in the Marketing field in July 2022. Back in the day, I was a full-time student however never stopped exploring new things I have found the most obsessive thing here is free-diving. Now, It has been developed as my most favorable hobby during my spare time as I can define myself as a scuba savvy. Currently, I have just joined and become a team member of Hertz playing the role of a customer service representative. This has been a great opportunity for me to kick start, learn, and build a higher level of customer service knowledge to which I can fully dedicate my skills to our valued customers.I love my current job I have learned plenty of new things and scenarios while dealing with our customers from all our senior team members who are well looked after each other teaching and providing resources alongside. There are always good times and hard times but I never felt left behind as they are always there by my side.
