Concessions Area Manager
Current-Coaching a team of over 200 part time team members, as well as a small team of full time staff.-Monitoring stand performance through P&L analysis-Facilitating new product ideas.-Ensuring waste and inventory are being tracked effectively across all stands.-Analyzing labor needs for each stand and ensuring that the labor budget for each is being met.-Ensuring food safety standards are being met by team members across all stands-Providing operational support to the area as necessary.-Carrying out promotions for team members.-Conducting necessary coaching conversations with team members.-Facilitating the hiring process for all part time Chick-Fil-A team members.
