- Prepare sales orders for shipment, instructing Administrator if technical equipment requiresreplacement, and stock levels require replenishment.- Programme and test hardware items prior to shipping.- Provide on-call telephone-based technical and customer support when in Flitton office, and off-site if required, for NA1 systems and other technical products. Provide technical knowledge customer support on-site support for projects when required, alongside engineers and other Netaccess employees.- Create installation and construction guides for Netaccess technical products in collaborationwith the directors and any other parties involved in the construction of Netaccess products.- Manage technical assessment and re-conditioning / disposal of returned and faulty technical items and instruct Administrator of accurate stock levels.- Assist in all UK-based research and development activity when required, alongside directors, engineers, and visiting non-UK-based research and development officers.- ESPG production, wiring panels, assembling components and mechanical work.
