Hello! My name is Ethan Hedrick. I'm a senior triple majoring in Entrepreneurship & Venture Management, Finance, and Economics at the University of Oklahoma. I am a driven worker and motivated leader who enjoys working with teams to solve problems and produce results that further advance my organizations and communities. I just finished my summer as a Cost Control Intern at Northrop Grumman using Earned Value Management System techniques in conjunction with COBRA reporting software and Microsoft Excel to perform Cost Management and Analysis on government contracts of over $200 million in total value. In the past, I interned at Northwestern Mutual where I built my financial planning practice and worked with clients to provide financial recommendations and planning, and worked with a student-run company in the Integrated Business Core Program to create, market, and sell custom posters.As a student, I serve as a Board Fellow for the JCPenney Leadership Program which seeks to build future business leaders and I serve as the President of my fraternity, leading a chapter of over 200 men. In these positions, and each of my previous involvements, I have sought to improve my project management, organizational leadership, and relationship-building abilities while positively impacting campus and the local community.My top five strengths according to the CliftonStrengths Assessment are Competition, Context, Analytical, Learner, and Achiever.
