During my internship, I worked closely with the Category Manager for Beverages, contributing to several key initiatives that enhanced procurement and supply chain efficiency. My main focus areas included:- Conducting comprehensive category reviews to support strategic decision-making for the beverage category. - Developing RFP templates for the sourcing team, streamlining the procurement process for future projects.- Assisting with beverage RFPs, ensuring thorough and competitive supplier evaluations.- Contributing to global and local inventory management cleanup, helping improve data accuracy and spend optimization.

As a second year Supply Chain and Sourcing intern, I helped implement the 5-S methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment in their manufacturing facility. As a sourcing intern I diligently contacted suppliers and companies to help consolidate costs of materials for future or current projects

Conducted electrical-cardio testing of defibrillator pads and electrodes; assembled face shields to sell tohospitals; designed and marketed a personal protective equipment vending machine to airports;assembled, tested, and packaged filters in the facilities clean room; organized customer accounts in Excel.

Contributed to the development of their new business operating system “CMBS” by making spreadsheetsand working in Microsoft Teams; organized and transferred employee and personal files into excel charts;researched and presented a slideshow on discrimination with the naming of business positions.
