Managed all aspects of driving fuel station sales/implementation, including business development efforts, investor relations, project management, building permit expedition and zoning/building code compliance. Managed building, fire, electrical, fuel code, regulatory code, variance application and financial compliance work, while routinely conducing location, investor and real estate proforma audits.
