As the Product Owner for our SaaS Customs and SPS (traceability) platform at P2DL, I played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our development team and external stakeholders. My responsibilities included establishing a clear product vision and strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to create a comprehensive roadmap that outlined key features and future state enhancements.Key responsibilities in this role included:Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Conducted in-depth user research and gathered feedback to define and prioritize a backlog of user stories and features. In addition to my role at Sunbury, I chose to expand my skills by working with Mustard and Honey during my days off. In this position, I served as a bartender and assisted the chef in creating a variety of canapés, fruit platters, and main dishes. My dedication and versatility led to a promotion to Head of House, where I was responsible for training new bar staff and overseeing the setup of mobile bars for various catering events. A highlight of my time with Mustard and Honey was leading the catering team as Head of House at the prestigious South African Embassy in London.

In my role as Bar Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of bar operations, from serving customers a diverse selection of spirits, lagers, and beers to managing daily tasks without direct supervision. After just two months, I was entrusted with my own set of keys, allowing me to independently open and close the bar, reflecting the trust placed in me by management.In addition to honing my skills in customer service, I learned how to effectively manage teams, ensuring smooth shifts and maintaining high standards of service. Balancing this role with my college studies, I consistently worked 4-5 shifts during the week and 3-4 shifts on weekends, demonstrating strong time management and dedication.

During my time at ISG, I had the opportunity to collaborate with high-profile clients, including LiveNation, Cooperative, Adidas, and ParkRun. My role involved assembling and managing a Cooperative pop-up shop at various LiveNation festivals during the summer, where I ensured smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Outside of the festival season, I played a key role in organizing and executing ParkRun events sponsored by Co-op, contributing to the success and visibility of the brand.

In my role at Pearmain Pubs Ltd, I was responsible for a range of bartending duties, including pouring pints, crafting cocktails, verifying customer ages when required, and delivering drinks to tables. I consistently balanced my college commitments with this position, working two shifts during the week and an additional two shifts on weekends. My ability to manage these responsibilities demonstrated strong time management and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

In this role, I primarily worked weekends, providing bartending services for a variety of private events, including weddings, birthday celebrations, and graduation parties. My responsibilities included preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the success of each event by maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

I worked every summer from the age of 13-15 as a deckhand on one of my local fishing charters. Often, the charters would run from 6am-6pm but I would occasionally work on the 3-day charter. Job requirements included having to wash the boat as well as teach individuals how to use specific fishing equipment.

This was a non-profit organisation I joined alongside a group of 20 members. We would meet every other weekend to distribute clothes and food for the local homeless people. During the week, I would help organise food drives as well as clothes runs. I was a member of this organisation until I moved to the United Kingdom in 2015.
