- Design monthly deliveries across hard-woven categories - Jackets, Vests, Bottoms & Jumpsuits- Conduct extensive library & online research, interpreting trends into commercialproducts with mockups and drape creation- Keep up-to-date on seasonal linesheets for weekly CFT meeting, and manage trimsheets, trims order, and sketch updates based on daily fittings- Computerize flat drawings and techpacks, create development packages forfabrics and embroideries, and support the design team in CAD and PLMthroughout all stages of design development- Work on collaborative projects with third-party design house to create specialedition merchandise

- Design the debut women ready-to wear collection from initial concept and direction through all stages of products with the team (Develop color palette, select fabrics and trims, design across all woven, knit, leather, fur categories through draping and sketching, creating swatches, embroideries, and trim.)- Create technical spec for both in-house and overseas sampling- Follow full collection sample management process- Liaise with internal and external teams to fulfill all sample requests- Organize and maintain sample closet- Lead in organization and execution of various photo shoots- Create and maintain lookbooks, internal documents and other graphic needs for branding and packaging - Manage creation of seasonal marketing line sheets- Maintain all image and press archives- Support social media maintenance
