Responsible for One-Connect digital banking project portfolio management. Lead and conductproject delivery activities with 10+ teams, 150+ team members for the successfully E2E delivery ofthe project. Including: Core banking System, Payment Syste, OpenBank System, Mobile BankSystem, Loan Management System, Call-Center System, AML System and Data Platform. 3. Initial projects base on thebank’s business requirement and strategies, prepare and manage project budgets, conductsolution design and vendor selections, manage project plan, resource, scope and risk. Maintaintrust relationship between the project team and relevant business teams to ensure effective andtimely communication. Regularly report project status and progress to the management, andultimately delivery IT projects on time and with high quality to support the bank’s business andstrategies. 2. Responsible for managing IT processes and policies to ensure the compliance with regulatorypolicies and requirements. 5. Responsible for the daily operation and management of IT production systems. Manage daily ITrequests, incidents and problems, organize and plan IT changes activities according to the bank’schange management process and provide continuous and reliable IT system service to the Bank

Lead project team to complete system customization development and product delivery activities,includes of business requirement gathering, solution design, development, SIT, UAT, performancetest and finally deploy on Production. 2. Responsible for the gap analysis between the Oracle product with China local banking businessprocess. Lead the project team to gather requirements from different banks, analyze gaps with theproduct, identify solutions for the Product localization enhancement. 3. Responsible for the Oracle core banking system implementation and project delivery in China,Includes projects of PingAn Bank, Jilin Bank, Fudian Bank, CommonWealth Bank of Austraria andmore... 4. Responsble for the project team management, manage resource based on project plan, trainand develop skills of team members to improve project team capability for successfully delivery ofeach projects.
