Made sure all members were completely taken care of in all aspects of working in a golf bag room. This includes: Making everyone always feel welcomed and respected, Always having members' bags on a cart before they get there if they leave their bag, and if they bring it themselves then we meet them in the parking lot and put it on their cart so they don't have to carry it. When they get back we greet and talk with them, then clean their cart and clubs. We either store their clubs or the members bring them home. Aside from the work we directly do for the members, we also setup the driving range and manage it throughout the day, we do this by picking up the already hit balls, cleaning them, and refilling the stations. Same with the chipping area. We are responsible for opening and closing the course. We setup all golf carts early in the morning and make it look presentable, then put them all away before we leave. There are also events and we have to help with many miscellaneous things around the course. Our overall goal though, is to satisfy our members.
