Following this we talked to one of the recruitment leaders at PwC about how we as A-level students could potentially join the firm through degree apprenticeships etc, which I found very informative and eye opening.On the conclusive day we attended Barclays Bank, where we met with the legal team at Barclays who outlined there roles as marketing regulators and described the importance of there role not only within Barclays but world business and advertising. In groups we were given the task to create a new completely online Barclays current account, whereby we had to narrow a target market, the benefits of our new account, how we would attract both new and existing customers and ultimately how we would abide by FCA regulations, afterward we talked to different employees of Barclays to understand the various ways they got to where they are today which I found interesting and the staff very open and considerate.
