During this time I was the Executive Assistant to CEO Christopher Erdman at b l u . i n k Real Estate.I work directly with the CEO of the company on marketing strategy. The organization of lease agreements and LOIs for one of our commercial projects are also a crucial part of my position. Part of what I do is organize and help plan our branding for our recruitment websites. This involves working with our web developer and graphic designer so we can execute our CEO’s vision. Organization, communication, and the ability to get work done in a timely manner are all things that are crucial for my position.I was very happy to be able to take what I had been doing for freelance social media marketing and Incorporate it into this new role. We ran a lot of Facebook and Google campaigns for commercial projects. I was able to keep a consistant CTR of around 10% for most digital advertising. I worked with different companies to help with branding and their social media presence. Some of the companies that I did work for are, Be The One (a nonprofit that gives kids mentors), and the Northwest Washington Fair. While working for the fair, I ran their social media accounts and was in charge of gathering, organizing, and posting on their social media platforms. I also replied to all comments and messages that we received through our social media accounts. Though freelance work is difficult it taught me how to build relationships through networking, and get projects done on time.During this time, I primarly planned, created, and scheduled social media posts, and email campaigns to be sent out on time.
