As an Inspector & mechanical expert at Behin Palayesh for the 70,000-barrel heavy oil refinery project on Qeshm Island from April 2019 to April 2023, I oversaw equipment operation and condition monitoring. I managed punch lists, ensuring their clearance during pre-commissioning and commissioning, while also verifying equipment performance against specifications. I maintained equipment condition and developed maintenance schedules, providing guidance on condition monitoring, preventive maintenance, and major repairs. My responsibilities included preventative maintenance, certificate maintenance, and material inspections in line with standards. I reviewed and approved engineering unit-driven changes for standards compliance and signed off on final inspections and release notes. Additionally, I conducted on-site mechanical work inspections as a client supervisor to ensure adherence to project specifications and drawings during construction.

As a Mechanical Expert at Ehdas, where I was part of the Gas Refinery Phase 14 project, I contributed to the company's long-standing engineering and industrial complex construction history. This project involved the execution of various Units, including Unit 108 (Sulfur recovery), Unit 109 (Sour water stripper), Unit 129 (Effluent treating Unit), and Unit 130 (Firefighting), along with the construction of two substation buildings.My key responsibilities in this role included the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, as well as the installation of structural platforms and external devices. I also closely monitored the performance of individuals based on their job descriptions and collaborated with mechanical engineers to ensure proper planning, design, and implementation of utilities and mechanical systems for the project. Additionally, I coordinated with Construction Managers to report issues and provide progress updates, utilized Auto CAD for drafting details, and reviewed project specifications and instructions to determine system and material requirements. Overall, I played a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of the project through construction monitoring and simulation.

My career was from April 2012 to August 2017 in Dorriz Company, a distinguished grade-A engineering firm with a profound legacy dating back to its establishment in 1985. With a workforce exceeding 4000 dedicated professionals and a robust portfolio boasting hundreds of completed industrial projects, Dorriz stands as a beacon of excellence in the industry.During my tenure at Dorriz, I had the honor of contributing significantly to the construction and commissioning of Gas Refinery Phase 19. This project encompassed the execution of several critical units, including Unit 100 (Slug Catcher), Unit 103 (Condensate Stabilization), Unit 110 (Backup Stabilization), Unit 109 (Sour Water Stripper), and Unit 140 (Condensate Storage), complete with associated substation buildings.My role at Dorriz was pivotal, as I assumed key responsibilities such as meticulously reviewing all project documents and drawings, preparing comprehensive databases, and spearheading the installation and commissioning processes for both rotary and fixed equipment within the gas refinery project.
