My contribution was the proprietary ML infrastructure (generative, sure, but also LLMOps and Observability) and experimentation pipelines, along with agentic systems development (RAG, applied function calling, intent inference, and performance analysis automation). In order to support proprietary model development, only OSS models and tooling were used (no OpenAI).Shareable early team successes included a > 60% improvement in ground truth record exact match rates for intent classifiers, sub-second latencies, and push-led guided conversational workflow completion workflows - adding to an impressive natural language command experience.

In 2020 my team bent the hell out of Brook's law, taking a 24 month project from ideation to deployment in a single quarter by way of rapid staff augmentation. Our solution to a critical business need was a fully containerized data ecosystem, with a development strategy that focused on parallel engineering. Fast forward to 2021, and our efforts have paid off exponentially; deploying new ETLs and Data Science products used to take weeks, and now takes minutes.

Businesses need data to run. Good, clean data (without utensils). At the center of our business intelligence and analytics efforts sits our data warehouse - a single source of truth where disparate data channels are merged, fragmented data is transformed, and information is made analytics-ready. This is my world. I set up and monitor our various ETL processes, architect and execute our data transforms, and design dimensional (Kimball) table schemas for mass consumption. I spend way too many late nights thinking about micro-enhancements in query performance. Above all, I make sure that analysts can question decisions without questioning the data. The most-used tools in my belt include Snowflake, & DBT, AWS and Google Cloud microservices.

As the Project Engineer for Elbex NY (Eastern US), I:* Manage technical client relationships with all US distributors, integrators, and direct consumers east of Mississippi concerning Elbex security and residential automation products.* Support architectural engineers in the design and specification of intelligent building systems. * Support marine engineers in the design and specification of intelligent systems for SuperYachts and pleasure craft.* Conduct on-site project management and support during large scale systems integrations.* Design integrated solutions involving 3rd party systems, proprietary hardware and software. At Elbex we manufacture security and building systems technology; from CCTV and Access Control to smart buildings, asset tracking, and automation, Elbex makes systems that make the homes of the future. My role is to support the entirety of our consumer base. From our distribution network to our integration partners, to our direct-to-market installation team, I provide technical and design support for all of our systems. I help our partners work with other product vendors to complete cross-systems integrations, and assist in clearing project roadblocks along the way.

As a Bert's Mega Mall Sales Director, I work with a team of directors to manage daily operations for the largest powersports retailer in the world. With > 50 vehicle sales associates operating in a 150,000 sq.ft. showroom floor, directing sales operations is a full-throttle race from opening to closing bell.
