-Worked as a merit badge counselor leading a group of 70 scouts in three merit badges (Fishing, Geology and Astronomy). In this role my responsibilities included:-Using the EDGE method – explain, demonstrate, guide, enable – to help each scout master the requirements. Adapting to the challenge of leading groups of scouts from a variety of backgrounds and personalities over three weeks and nine classes.

As a sales associate working with a team of sales representatives, my responsibilities included:-Fulfilling orders through an order picking process, which consisted of extracting inventory and delivering products to Fastenal’s three largest accounts (Kwik Trip, L.B. White, and La Crosse City Brewery).-Completed a cycle count project which involved:-Creating expected inventory counts for shelf locations.-Physically assessing actual quantity for each product code.-Removing and reallocating excess products.-Finding missing products and reallocating them.-This cycle-count project helped Fastenal organize inventory, ensured minimal product loss, improved customer satisfaction and created an efficient inventory tracking system.-Completed a Fastenal School of Business course, which encompassed:-Learning important business concepts such as customer service, time management, workplace training, and project management skills.
