As a Labourer of 5 years, I am highly dedicated to making every job the most efficient and effective it can be while prioritizing teamwork and inclusivity. I believe that my experiences as well as knowledge gained through schooling will be an invaluable asset to your organization. Since I started at lake Scugog Lumber I have spent my time there learning everything there is to know about every machine and job at the plant. In the past year I have really taken on a leadership role in the shop and though I only work part time while in school and full time in summer and break weeks, my boss really looks to me for training new employees and he knows he can count on me to go to any position in the shop and exceed production expectations. While building trusses we work on a jig of three, this has really enhanced my teamwork skills. Doing this hands-on work for so long has always had me really interested with trades and in the electrical field especially. I believe I would be a good fit for this position because I am a very quick learner and I like the challenge myself to learn every aspect of the job. I am very good at working with others, With the information I have I like to share my knowledge with others and help them succeed. I consider myself a very easy and outgoing person and I enjoy working in a team environment.
