My name is Ethan Lackner and I have an Associate's Degree in Information Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Pittsburgh Technical College. I have achieved a 4.0 GPA average throughout both degrees. I am an IT professional that has been servicing many different industries and providing detailed documentation and vigorous troubleshooting in order to help the company thrive with over 10 years experience in the field. I am fluent in many of the operations that Windows Server has to offer,spanning from Windows Server 2008 R2 to the latest OS. I am always learning and discovering new ways to accomplish tasks using these Operating Systems as they change and improve with each subsequent update. I have experience working to monitor, upgrade, patch, network, secure, and backup the systems that help the business to run and operate. Information Technology is the most exciting and most evolving field, and I am very excited to be a part of technology that is ever changing. Technology has always been a passion of mine, whether it be a computer, a handheld device, or video game console. Most everything in my life revolves around technology, and being able to assert myself in this field is my greatest passion.
