Project maintenance and development- Responsible projects include: intelligent investment, official website, CMS and other projects.- Assist Code review to maintain code quality.- Import husky to maintain project consistency.- Create development documentation.- Unified code layout standards.2. Optimize the development process and improve development efficiency- Import CD deployment notifications.- Import PR Templates.- Automatically write CI serial number and synchronize PRD version- Automatically deploy the latest projects.- CI time reduced by 15 minutes.- Make suggestions to consolidate meetings and reduce meetings by one hour per week.3. Newcomer training- Develop assessment standards for new employees.- Set learning goals for each month based on verifiable standards.- Guide newcomers to familiarize themselves with the project.
