Highly motivated recent College graduate with established skill sets within the B2B and B2C sales sphere, with an emphasis on supply chain management/coordination. Bringing a high level of self-motivation, as well as a strong ability to motivate a team and/or individuals within the organization. Comfortable working alone or within a team atmosphere in order to ensure the timely and organized completion of tasks/projects.My time spent in both 4-H and many youth Shooting Sports organizations for the past 15 years have afforded me the opportunity to not only assume leadership roles and take charge when necessary, but also perfect my skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, planning, and conflict resolution.Furthermore, my many years as an athlete of the Division 1 Lindenwood University Shotgun Sports team allowed me to perfect my time management strategies while working in conjuction with both my academic and employment schedules. I truly believe that these skillsets allowed me to contribute to my team's acquisition of a Division 1 National Championship in 2023, along with many other lifelong achievements.
