Developing Conversational User Interfaces using AI and LLMs

Worked in a team of interns to develop a robust API for our companies SDK. This API serves as a vital tool for potential customers to seamlessly interface with our SDK, providing them with detailed insights and information about our product offerings. Additionally, the API enhances internal operations by enabling employees to efficiently map CVEs to relevant patches and retrieve critical device and application data through targeted queries.On a day-to-day basis, I worked on patching vulnerabilities for our customers, ensuring their systems remained secure and resilient against emerging threats.

Explore methods for identifying misinformation and tracking its spread. Conduct technical analysis of online content produced by foreign adversaries using OSINT tools and techniques. Report findings to social networks, leading to the detection and removal of inauthentic bot networks.

I developed and deployed an auto-updating application that is now installed on thousands of internal company computers. This application ensures that all in-house built software remains up to date, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and reducing maintenance overhead.In addition to software development, I interfaced directly with the hardware of smart meters to conduct thorough testing and debugging. This involved hands-on tasks such as soldering, motherboard testing, connecting the motherboards to computers, and utilizing TeraTerm for interfacing. My work was integral to ensuring the reliability and functionality of our hardware products.I also contributed as part of a dedicated debugging team, focused on improving and fixing our in-house built applications. Our collaborative efforts helped optimize the performance and stability of these applications, ultimately leading to better user experiences across the company.
