- Currently employed as a fully remote worker for Restaurant365 in the payroll department. Primary tasks include downloading pay history data, converting it into a usable format, and then importing it into the R365 system. This work involves deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and other elements of Visual Basic. - Lives in Garner, NC, which is approximately in the Research Triangle area. New father of a beautiful baby girl. Hobbies include taking walks, reading, playing video games, and serving in the community.- Graduated from Brigham Young University in April of 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics. - Previously led a team of 11 people with the task of writing informational pages for inns, B&Bs, campgrounds, RV parks, and other similar businesses. This involved working with international team members, remote workers, and in-person individuals. Particular skills gained during this time include prioritizing time, delegating tasks, and measuring results team members, with a specialization in designing and implementing KPIs.- From 2018 to 2020, I served an LDS mission in northern Chile, where I learned to speak Spanish. This is where I realized that I enjoy applying statistics to multiple facets of life. I kept track of many stats during my service (ex: I was rejected 3,053 times, knocked on roughly 8,000 doors, and saw 17 three-legged dogs)- Other previous job experience includes two years of basic data entry work, eight months at a grocery story as a bagger, and eight months as a testing center proctor at Brigham Young University.- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, and understand fundamentals behind R and SQL. Base knowledge in Python and C++. Programming strengths focused in data analysis and linear regression.
