ResNexus is a software company that provides services to businesses in the hospitality industry. I was tasked with creating an additional branch of the company (Campgrounds Wiki) that would write informational pages about these same businesses.ACCOMPLISHMENTS- Designed page content, work structure, and internal processes to run a team of 10+ people- Used Excel and R to assess calling metrics in order to determine more effective/efficient strategies (e.g. discovered that calling between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. was at least 12% more likely to produce success than other hours in a work day)- Presented statistical findings to my team and superiors in a clean and organized manner- Led the team in goal setting and problem solving through team meetings, one on ones, and quality assurance- Since its conception, the project has produced over 2,000 unique pages (each at least 1000 words in length) for businesses and locations on its website- Managed and designed the onboarding process for 20 individuals- Located a separate office for the employees on the new projectEXPERIENCE- Using spreadsheets to organize team processes and collect data for statistical analysis- Reporting on both the project and its team members to the president of the company- Managing a team and working with other managers/teams to accomplish complex tasks- Conducting job interviews, determining the most eligible candidates, and creating a structured training system for an abstract task- Enforcing disciplinary action- Acquiring rented real estate for an additional branch of the company
