This ensured the smooth continuation of mine pits and field operations. Additionally, I took on digital content production tasks, conducting videography and photography and following through with digital editing to deliver professional content that aligned with the organisation's branding.I also applied my technical and creative skills to enhance our client's experience. I redesigned our client view systems, leading to improved user experience and overall client satisfaction. This was further complemented by my development of new customer portfolios, directly contributing to business growth. To ensure that our field operations remained efficient and precise, I managed and maintained the operating standards for all our GPS equipment. This included performing routine accuracy checks and fine-tuning for optimum performance. Watson Agriculture is a multi-generational family business in the heart of New South Wales and Victorian borders that provides farmers with bulk grain, fertilisers, harvesting, spreading, storage, freight, liquids, and farming services.In my role as an In-house Workshop Assistant and Harvest Contract Operator at Watson Agriculture, I was entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring safety and accuracy during the transportation of heavy agricultural equipment. I managed load security, meticulously loading materials of correct weights and utilising a weigh bridge to guarantee precision. This stringent approach to detail prevented damage to equipment and ensured safe transportation.The maintenance and cleanliness of our working environment was another significant aspect of my role. I upheld high operational standards through regular washing and maintenance of trucks, trailers, tractors, and headers, thus extending their service life and ensuring optimum performance. Moreover, I was responsible for keeping the workshop sheds clean and organised. In addition, I conducted errands for parts acquisition, efficiently traversing local and interstate locations within a 200 km radius to secure necessary equipment. In the field, I applied advanced GPS-RTK technology to conduct precise fertilizer spreading operations, contributing to optimal agricultural productivity for our clients.

The company sells a broad range of used and unused industrial assets, including equipment, trucks, and other assets utilised in the construction, transportation, agricultural, material handling, mining, forestry, petroleum, and marine industries.In my position with Ritchie Bros Auctioneers, I played a key role in maintaining efficient operations within the auction site. Operating heavy machinery was an integral part of my responsibilities, ensuring the effective relocation of equipment as needed. On the technical side, I utilised computer systems for accurate data entry, swiftly adapting to new software to enhance efficiency.Communication was a cornerstone of my role. I effectively liaised with co-workers, customers, and consigners, facilitating smooth operations, and ensuring satisfaction across all interactions. My ability to comprehend and follow instructions swiftly, coupled with a proactive approach, was invaluable in meeting and exceeding job requirements. I was responsible for preparing the auction yard and equipment prior to events, ensuring everything was set up accurately and punctually. I actively assisted with various tasks across a range of sites and projects, further deepening my understanding of the trade. Notably, I participated in the installation of equipment at Torquay Cemetery and Crematorium, gaining hands-on exposure to large-scale projects.Beyond installations, I also conducted various tests to ensure the safety and functionality of plumbing systems. At St John of God Hospital, I was involved in testing pipelines, gas pressures, and temperatures, a crucial aspect of maintaining a safe and efficient hospital environment.

Kardinia Park Stadium Trust is the organisation responsible for the management of the Kardinia Park precinct in Geelong, Victoria, Australia, which includes the GMHBA Stadium.As an Event Logistical Officer at Kardinia Park Stadium Trust, I was tasked with managing on-site live events, including prominent AFL, Big Bash, and Soccer games. My role was pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of these events. I handled the logistics of setting up and packing up for various events, coordinating numerous elements to provide a seamless experience for all attendees.My role extended beyond the running of the events themselves to also ensuring the security of the venue.
