Camp Ozark is a Christian sports and adventure camp in Mt Ida, Arkansas with an average attendance of 1200 campers per session, 7500 each summer, and 800+ college and international staff. Recruited staff at 14 college campuses across 7 states. Hired summer staff members in various positions. Facilitated training and tests to certify ropes course staff. Co-managed the ropes course, assigning and supervising staff members to safely operate elements for hundreds of campers daily. Oversaw bi-weekly hike and award breakfast events.

Administered one on one coaching meetings creating strategic plans for budgeting, saving, and investing. Engaged campus community and developed professional relationships with staff and leadership.
