• Managing on Site Inductions, Tool Box Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work assessments to Site Operatives.
• Co-ordination of sub-contractors and material deliveries to assist the Site Manger in ensuring an efficient method of build, to the required build quality and build programme.
• Oversee scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained.

• Responsibility for overseeing day to day / weekly activities on-sites throughout their project lifecycle while working with the Owner/Construction Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and.

• Carry out construction, assembly, alteration or renovation of plumbing installations for single and multi storey domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage and gas systems according to QLD specifications and plumbing codes.
• Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to workorders.
• Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, hot water systems, gas units, etc.
• Repair dishwashers and kitchen equipment that incorporate gas or water consumption.

• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems.
• Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors.
• Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
• Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines.
• Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.

• Safely operate landscaping machinery including both push/ride on mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers and more.
• Water all plants and lawn, and ensure all plants are evenly covered.
• Spread fertilizer, plant food, mulch, and other materials around plants.
• Remove weeds and dead plants; prune overgrown limbs and leaves.
• Remove overgrowth and keep outdoor area tidy.
• Use leaf blower to clear walkways and pedestrian areas after lawn maintenance.
