Teach 6th graders about World Cultures, Financial Literacy, and Iowa Geography. I enjoy bringing new ideas and implementing project based learning into my classroom.

Plan practices, organize travel, game plans, and coach the boys basketball team. I have coached both 7th and 8th grade boys.

Worked as a co-principal with the SLICK program as part of the Grinnell College AmeriCorp program. This program was a summer reading initiative for students who need assistance getting to grade level or maintaining grade level reading scores. Supervised 17 staff members as they worked with over 60 students. In 2020, we did this program virtually.

Coach offensive line for the Tiger football team. I have experience using Hudl, assisting with weight rooms and equipment management for both the high school and middle school teams. Previously, I coached the defensive line and tight ends.

Interpreted and showed hands on farming techniques from 1700 to 1900. Interacted with guests and cared for livestock. During the winter, I worked historical meals which included hosting guests, driving 8-10 guests out to the farm with a Percheron draft team, interacting with guests and assisting the site supervisor when needed.

Work as a team to help prepare equipment for practices and games. Also travel with the team to help with the transportation, setting up, and tearing down of equipment for games.

Educated clients on proper usage and rules of equipment, stayed up to date on training, finished jobs in a timely manner and logged them on an online spreadsheet

Worked as a team to strip, shingle and tin roofs, poured cement and built additions.

Worked as a team dividing up tasks to prepare, serve, and clean areas without disturbing guests, while also learning proper table setting formats.
