I worked in fitness centres for 12 years holding every role from reception to sales, admin, and personal training and at the peak pre-2020 managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of 3 centres. My next step was to purchase one of the centres I was running until the lock downs came and I decided to go online with my 1-1 Personal Training and I've since never looked back having the freedom to live where I want and still fulfill my passion of helping my clients live healthier, happier lives.
