I am a recent graduate from New York University where I studied public policy and a current Master of City Planning candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Weitzman School of Design. I am constantly honing my understanding of issues affecting cities, including land use, public transportation, and environmental justice. Recently, I completed a research project on the current spatial layout of drug overdose resource centers in New York City, exploring ways to expand the footprint of these resources through innovative urban design practices. I have been involved in several organizations at NYU, including the Sunrise Movement, where I led environmental policy teach-ins, coordinated stakeholder engagement events with local climate organizers and political candidates to form robust coalitions. As a Freight Mobility Intern at the New York City Department of Transportation, I support in the execution of various freight projects and programs, including Microhubs, Cargo Bikes, Blue Highways, and various street improvement projects.
