As an Integrated Solutions Consultant at AT&T, I provided top-tier solutions for telecommunications, entertainment, and digital media services while working part-time. My performance was consistently exceptional, and every month I was ranked among the top three consultants in my region. In fact, I was the number one consultant in the Central United States throughout 2020, and even achieved the top rank in the entire country for a day.During my employment, I was able to turn my position into an internship opportunity that fulfilled a class credit requirement for my BBA-M degree. As a Project Management Intern and Draftsman at Dixon Glass & Door Co., I gained valuable B2B commercial project management experience by working closely with my father, the General Manager of the company. My responsibilities included managing commercial window vinyl projects, leading architectural drafting, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Through this experience, I honed my ability to establish and maintain an effective communication system with team members, ensure clear understanding of responsibilities, and maintain a safe working environment.
