Total of 4 months of culinary job experience 2 of which were at Keto Food CO as a prep cook, I prepared food for the Keto diet, organized equipment, and worked on the line during service. The second two months were at TacoTaco as a food assembler, I prepared various vegetables and meats, quickly portioned food for the grill cook, and assembled dishes. I learned many skills from George Brown, including precise knife cuts, food preparation techniques, butchery techniques, and pastry-making techniques.
